Delivery, Returns & Exchanges:

Delivery

Royal Canadian is proud to offer free shipping on all orders within Canada and the the United States of America, however we do not provide return labels or pay return shipping.  Please allow 2 to 7 business days for standard Expedited Parcel shipments. 

We offer three (3) shipping options all via Canada Post. Expedited Parcel, Xpresspost & Priority.

Expedited Parcel (Free Shipping within Canada and USA)

  • All "Expedited Parcel" shipped orders will ship within 24-48 hours of receipt. Orders received on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays will ship within 24-48 hours from the next business day.
  • All packages are sent via Canada Post and may require a signature for delivery.
  • Please allow 2-13 business days from the time your shipment leaves our distribution centre for arrival.
  • Delivery time varies dependent upon your location. Major urban centres can expect the minimum delivery time while northern regions and remote centres can expect the maximum delivery time.

Xpresspost

  • Our free shipping does not apply to Xpresspost shipping.
  • Your order must be received by 11:00 a.m. EST Monday through Thursday.
  • Orders received on Friday will ship the following Monday, excluding holidays.
  • Please allow 2-7 business days from the time your shipment leaves our distribution centre for arrival.
  • Delivery time varies dependent upon your location. Major urban centres can expect the minimum delivery time while northern regions and remote centres can expect the maximum delivery time.

Priority

  • Our free shipping does not apply to Priority shipping.
  • Your order must be received by 11:00 a.m. EST Monday through Thursday.
  • Orders received on Friday will ship the following Monday, excluding holidays.
  • All packages are sent via Canada Post and require a signature for delivery.
  • Your order will arrive the next business day in most major urban centres.
  • In other areas of the country, please allow from 3-7 days from the time your shipment leaves our distribution centre for arrival.
  • Delivery time varies dependent upon your location. Major urban centres can expect the minimum delivery time while northern regions and remote centres can expect the maximum delivery time.

Limited Warranty

Royal Canadian products have a one-year warranty from the date of purchase against all defective workmanship and/or materials. After inspection, all products deemed defective by Gredico Footwear Ltd will be either repaired, replaced or credited at our sole discretion.  This, however, is not a guarantee against normal wear and tear.  Nor does it apply to products that have been damaged by misuse, neglect, accident, modification or unauthorized repair.

If you have an issue regarding your Royal Canadian purchase, please start by reviewing our Limited Warranty posted above.  

We can only accept returns and requests for warranty for purchases made directly through our website. www.royalcanadiancollective.com

If you feel your issue is subject to this warranty please check with the retailer where your shoes were purchased. They are in the best position to take care of your ongoing needs.

Our operating hours are Monday-Thursday 9am-5pm & Friday 8am-4pm EST excluding Ontario Provincial holidays and National holidays within Canada.

 

Returns

If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your Royal Canadian boots you can return them to us within 60 days for a full refund of your product only if:

  • Items to be refunded are returned to us in saleable condition.
  • Returns missing original packaging are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
  • Must be unworn and still in the original packaging with any labels, hangtags, etc. still attached to footwear. The shoebox must be in a protective packaging.
  • Copy of your original invoice or packing slip must be included with your shoes with reason for return.
  • If footwear is deemed as worn and unsaleable, you're responsible for shipping to get the footwear returned to you.  If you are unsure if your footwear meets unworn and saleable condition, please feel free to send us pictures of your footwear before shipping them back to us.
  • Your return must be in a protective shipping box or the original packaging they were received in (not original shoe box) where you can attach an address label:                                                                                                                                                                                                                           (For Canadian Customers)

Goods are returned at your own expense. We recommend that you obtain proof of shipping and retain this until the refund has been processed.

 Please do not use any other carrier service as if you choose a different carrier, any

additional fees incurred as a result, will be deducted directly from your refund.
Refunds are given for the price indicated on the original receipt and any applicable taxes.  

Shipping charges are not refunded.  Credits for returned merchandise will be issued to the

original method of payment. Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

 

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges on merchandise.  

If you would like a different size, colour, or item please place a new order.  Follow the steps above for the return of merchandise.

Pricing

We do not offer price adjustments on previous purchases.
