    Once your request is approved, follow the return shipping instructions. With Hassle-Free Returns, your free label arrives by email.

  3. We take it from there

    We inspect your return, then ship your exchange or issue your refund or credit promptly.

Return requirements

  • Items are unworn and in original, saleable condition: clean, with no visible wear, including the insoles.
  • The original packaging comes back in the same condition: shoebox, labels and hangtags.
  • A copy of the packing slip is included, with the reason for return noted in the Reason Code section.
  • The shoebox goes inside the original shipping bag or another box. Never stick a shipping label directly on the shoebox.$20 charge
  • Every return is inspected. Returns that don't meet these requirements may be charged back or have a restocking fee applied.10% restocking fee
  • If a return is rejected at inspection, you'll need to provide a prepaid return label within two weeks of being notified.

Delivery

Enjoy free shipping on orders of $34.99 and up. Most deliveries arrive within 2–7 business days.

In Canada we ship with Canada Post and Purolator. In the U.S. we use USPS.

Limited warranty

All Royal Canadian products are covered by a one-year limited warranty from the date shown on your proof of purchase. If a manufacturing defect occurs, we'll repair the item, replace it, or issue a credit, whichever is most appropriate.

Only purchases made directly through our website are eligible. Normal wear and tear, misuse, neglect, accidents, modifications and unauthorized repairs are not covered.

Price adjustments

We're unable to offer price adjustments on past purchases, as prices may change from time to time.

Gift cards

Our gift cards never expire and are redeemable online. They're final sale and can't be combined with discount codes.
